Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and VWorld 2.0 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the VWorld 2.0 website at vworld20.my and all associated services including games, lottery, and payment functions.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of VWorld 2.0, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games or promotions.
Eligibility
To register and use VWorld 2.0, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law
- Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of VWorld 2.0
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be self-excluded or excluded from any gaming platform under a responsible gaming program
Account Registration
- Each person may register one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds forfeited
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- VWorld 2.0 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account
- You must notify VWorld 2.0 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Accounts must be verified via KYC for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 cumulatively

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. VWorld 2.0 reserves the right to void winnings from funds deposited via unverified third-party sources.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. VWorld 2.0 may request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals will be rejected if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

- Welcome Bonus (150%): Available to new members on first deposit only. Max bonus RM 1,000. 15x wagering requirement
- Daily Reload (30%): Available to all members daily. Max RM 300. 10x wagering requirement
- Weekly Cashback (10%): Applied automatically every Monday. Max RM 500. No wagering requirement
- Referral Bonus (RM 50): Credited upon friend's first qualifying deposit. 5x wagering applies
- VWorld 2.0 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
- Bonus abuse or multiple account creation to claim bonuses will result in permanent account termination
Games & Lottery
- All games on VWorld 2.0 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited for fairness
- Lottery draws are conducted transparently and results are published immediately after each draw
- VWorld 2.0 is not responsible for any technical interruption during gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the member's side
- In the event of a system error affecting game outcomes, VWorld 2.0 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension
- Game availability may vary and VWorld 2.0 may remove or modify games without prior notice

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings
- Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after extended gaming sessions

- Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing time spent and money wagered
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Creating more than one account per person or household
- Using false identity or providing fraudulent documentation
- Money laundering or using VWorld 2.0 for any illegal financial activity
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate games or outcomes
- Collusion with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games
- Exploiting software bugs or system errors for financial advantage
- Chargebacks on deposits after funds have been used for gaming
- Allowing minors to access your VWorld 2.0 account
Privacy & Data
VWorld 2.0 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using VWorld 2.0 you consent to the collection of registration details, transaction history, and gameplay data for account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VWorld 2.0 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to member negligence
- Interruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers or internet outages
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
- Any losses incurred during periods of scheduled or emergency maintenance
VWorld 2.0's total liability to any member for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Termination
VWorld 2.0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
- Providing false registration information
- Receiving a chargeback on any deposit
Upon termination for cause, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned subject to investigation and verification.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting VWorld 2.0 customer support.
Changes to Terms
VWorld 2.0 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the Announcements page and by email notification at least 7 days before the effective date.
Continued use of VWorld 2.0 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
